Polylink is a content sharing platform that enables creators to connect their audiences with their most recent and relevant content. Our goal is to provide a simple and accessible experience for our users. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services – the website (https://poly.link), apps, and related software or features (referred to as the "Platform" or "Polylink").

By using Polylink, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") as well as the additional policies linked on the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Polylink.

Changes to these Terms

Polylink is constantly evolving, and we may make changes to the Platform or these Terms. We may need to update these Terms for various reasons, including business updates, changes to the Platform, legal or commercial reasons, or to protect our interests. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for any changes.

If a change will have a material negative effect on you, we will make efforts to notify you at least 1 month before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using Polylink and cancel your account.

Your Account

To create a Polylink account, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are creating an account on behalf of someone else, you must have their permission. You are responsible for your account and ensuring its lawful use. By creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms and confirm that you are over 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.

If you are using Polylink on behalf of a business or individual, you confirm that you are authorized by them to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account's activities, so please keep your login details secure and do not share them. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. Do not transfer your account to someone else or use it in a way that may cause damage to Polylink or infringe on others' rights or laws.

Your Username

When creating a Polylink, choose a username that respects everyone's rights. Your username should be appropriate for all users and should not infringe on intellectual property rights or be offensive, vulgar, or unrelated for profit. If any issues arise with your username, we may ask you to change it. If you decline, we may suspend or terminate your account. If someone claims your username violates their rights, they must file a report, and you'll have a chance to respond. If your software license expires, we may reclaim or reassign your username after contacting you.

Managing Your Plan

You can sign up for a paid plan on Polylink and cancel at any time. Your plan starts when you accept these Terms and continues until you cancel it. If you cancel a paid plan, it will continue until the end of your current billing cycle (except in cases of a perpetual license) and then automatically lock if not renewed manually. Payments are non-refundable. Deleting your account permanently removes your content and information.

Refunds / Cancellations

Please note that all transactions made with our service are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you have the option to cancel your account at any time. If you decide to cancel your account, please contact our support team or use the designated cancellation feature in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be billed for any future charges, and your access to our services will be terminated. We recommend reviewing our terms of service for more details regarding account cancellation and any associated implications. Your Content

Your content on Polylink includes text, graphics, videos, links, and other materials you add to your profile. You are responsible for your content and warrant that it belongs to you or that you have the necessary rights to share it on Polylink. Your content should not infringe on privacy, intellectual property, or any other rights, and it should be accurate, honest, and free from harmful elements. Do not use automated tools to gather information or post unauthorized ads on Polylink. Your content must align with our Community Standards. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or poses a safety risk.

What we can do with Your Content

When you post content on Polylink, you grant us a license to use, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of your content. We may also use your name, image, and personal attributes in the content for marketing purposes. You retain all rights in your content, but it will be publicly accessible and may be shared by others on Polylink and the internet.

Suspension or Cancellation of your Account

We may suspend or cancel your account or take other actions if you do not comply with these Terms. The steps we take will depend on the nature of the non-compliance. We aim to notify you before suspending or canceling your account, but we are not obligated to do so. No refunds will be provided for fees paid in advance. If you believe your account was mistakenly canceled or encounter issues with these Terms or the Platform, please contact us to resolve the matter.

Your Responsibility for your visitors and customers

You are responsible for your profile visitors and customers who engage with your content or make transactions through Polylink. You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding your end users and transactions. Donations received through Polylink's "Support Me" feature are voluntary and should not be used for fundraising on behalf of charities or causes.

Feedback

We appreciate your feedback on improving Polylink. If you provide feedback, we may use it without payment to you. Beta functionality may be available for testing, but it may not be as reliable as other parts of the Platform.

Our Platform

Polylink grants you a limited right to use the Platform for sharing and interacting with content. We are not responsible for content, products, or services offered by other users. All rights related to the Platform are owned by Polylink. You may not use our brand name or logo without our approval. You have a limited right to view and interact with other user profiles. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

Fees and Payment

Subscription fees and transaction fees may apply to your use of Polylink. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Transaction fees are deducted from the transaction amount before it is credited to you. External payment processing services may have their own fees. We may adjust fees and provide advance notice. You are responsible for external fees and taxes linked to payments received through Polylink.

Privacy

We prioritize your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Notice. Data generated from your use of the Platform will be owned by Polylink. We may provide you with Data Analytics, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

Confidentiality

If we share confidential information with you, you must keep it secure and prevent others from accessing it.

Liability

You are responsible for your use of the Platform and should maintain backups of your content. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your actions or the use of Polylink. You agree to protect us from losses arising from your breach of these Terms. Neither party will be liable for certain damages.

Disclaimers

Polylink is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of content. These Terms do not exclude legal rights that cannot be waived.

Third Party Services

Polylink collaborates with third-party products and services. We do not endorse or provide refunds for third-party products or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

Open Source

The app includes open source software components subject to their own license terms. Refer to our Open-Source Content library for details.

A few last things

Certain laws may apply to you or us based on your location. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us. If any part of these Terms is invalid, it will be removed, but the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
